A Legacy of Trust, Security, and Service

After years of proudly serving Arizona businesses, government agencies, healthcare providers, schools, and individuals, Data Destruction LLC will be closing its doors at the end of August.

This has not been an easy decision. Our mission has always been simple: to provide the highest level of secure information destruction while treating every customer with honesty, respect, and professionalism.

Throughout our journey, we worked tirelessly to operate under some of the industry’s most rigorous standards. We are proud to have maintained NAID AAA Certification and R2v3 Certification, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to secure data destruction, environmental responsibility, regulatory compliance, and the protection of our customers’ confidential information. These certifications were not simply achievements—they represented our promise to do every job the right way, every time.

As we begin winding down our operations, we are still accepting drop-off jobs at our facility through mid-August. If you have paper documents, hard drives, electronic media, or other items requiring secure destruction, we would be honored to serve you one last time.

Looking back, our greatest accomplishment has never been the certifications or the equipment—it has been the relationships we’ve built with our customers, employees, vendors, and community. Your trust allowed us to build a company founded on integrity, accountability, and excellence.

To every customer who entrusted us with your confidential information, thank you. To every employee who helped uphold our high standards, thank you. To every business partner who stood beside us, thank you.

Although Data Destruction LLC is closing this chapter, we leave knowing we fulfilled our mission with pride and integrity. We hope our legacy will be remembered not simply as a company that destroyed data, but as one that protected what mattered most.

Even after our doors have closed, we remain committed to assisting our customers however we can. For further assistance after our closing, please feel free to contact us at admin@yourdatadestructioncompany.com or 520-405-4044.

From our family to yours, thank you for allowing us to earn your trust. It has truly been our privilege to serve you.

With sincere gratitude,

The Data Destruction LLC Team
