At the core of his daily contributions, Dylan maintains the company’s critical IT infrastructure and provides comprehensive technical support for all internal devices. He is also involved with the facility’s quality control process by disassembling, reassembling, and thoroughly testing incoming hardware to verify functionality before it is cleared for reuse or resale, ensuring compliance with electronic media recycling standards.
